Current Recruitment Efforts:
A deployable DMAT consists of 50 physicians, nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, EMT's and other support personnel.  Team employees must be physically fit, available for immediate deployment and capable of working in an austere environment for at least 14 days.  Many of the positions require specialized skills or licensure and are not interchangeable.  Our team goal is to fill each position three deep to assure a complete team is always available to meet short notice activations for deployment.  We currently have over 80 team employees.  Our current recruitments needs include physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, paramedics and EMT's.  Other health and support personnel please contact AZ1 DMAT AO for position availability.
